What is EFT?

Emotional Freedom TechniquesEmotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). EFT is a form of acupressure that focuses on some of the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture. Instead of using needles, simple tapping, massaging–or the use of gentle pressure with the fingertips–is used to input kinetic energy into key acupressure points.

EFT is a truly a revolutionary, safe, non-invasive technique that can successfully address stress, anger, anxiety, phobias, past traumas, grief, guilt, depression, panic, bodily pain, and long-term addictions. It does so by eliminating “locked-in” negative emotions that are causing both physical conditions and ongoing emotional trauma and stress in your life.
