MASSAGE TLC & WELLNESS

Why I Founded Massage TLC & Wellness

Massage TLC Massage SuiteI founded Massage TLC & Wellness in 2010 with the goal of providing every client with the very best in personalized care while aiding them in achieving OPTIMUM health and wellness plus freedom from pain and stress.

As an Advanced EFT Practitioner and a Licensed Massage Therapist with training in a wealth of therapeutic techniques, in September of 2017 I migrated my focus to an innovative, far more effective, and longer-lasting whole body wellness therapy.

Applied Vascular Therapy requires less time, is less expensive, and provides greater health benefits.

BEMER Pro

Pro SetAt Massage TLC we use the BEMER Pro, an FDA registered Class I medical device backed by two decades of research and development. As an innovative clinical and home-based therapy option it can significantly benefit people of all ages. Learn how here.

With BEMER’s anticipated 10+ year life span, the lifetime cost of a BEMER Pro system for use at home comes to less than $50 per month, or around $1.64 per day. When used twice a day at home, many have found BEMER therapy truly life-changing—and compared with what you might otherwise end up spending to restore and maintain your health, BEMER is a true bargain!

You may schedule a BEMER session at our clinic, purchase your own BEMER set, or if you prefer you may sign up to share BEMER with others.

Relief Cream

Relief Cream In my practice, in addition to the use of undiluted essential oils, I use a new, topical, analgesic (pain relief) cream called Relief.

I have chosen Corganics® Relief cream over other alternatives because of its use of natural essential oils and antioxidants and its nearly immediate effectiveness. More and more therapists and doctors are turning to Relief cream to manage muscular and joint aches and pains associated with arthritis, backache, bruises, sprains, and strains.

Relief cream’s key ingredients include L-Arginine (an essential amino acid required by our bodies to deliver sufficient oxygen to nerve cells), Sweet Orange Oil (an essential oil that reduces muscle spasms and tension), Lavender Oil (which has a calming effect on the nerves), Peppermint Oil (known to reduce inflammation and spasms, and stimulate local circulation), and Menthol (which also increases circulation).

I have met the founder of Corganics and formulator of Relief, Gene Thrash—who lives and has headquartered his company right here in the Dallas area. I love hearing Gene share personal stories of the amazing results Relief has been providing to so many people as more and more therapists and doctors learn of and have begun sharing this exciting technology with their clients.

What is EFT?

Emotional Freedom TechniquesEmotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). EFT is a form of acupressure that focuses on some of the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture. Instead of using needles, simple tapping, massaging–or the use of gentle pressure with the fingertips–is used to input kinetic energy into key acupressure points.

EFT is a truly a revolutionary, safe, non-invasive technique that can successfully address stress, anger, anxiety, phobias, past traumas, grief, guilt, depression, panic, bodily pain, and long-term addictions. It does so by eliminating “locked-in” negative emotions that are causing both physical conditions and ongoing emotional trauma and stress in your life.

Young Living Essential Oils

Young Living Essential OilsI use essential oils (the natural, aromatic volatile liquids found in shrubs, flowers, trees, roots, bushes, and seeds) in my massage practice (at no additional cost to my clients) because combining these oils with massage therapy creates a relaxing, luxurious experience that balances the mind, body, and spirit.

Considered mankind’s first medicine, pure essential oils made from all natural plant sources also have amazing therapeutic properties. For example, Peppermint oil is excellent for relaxing tense muscles. Lavender oil (also relaxing) is renowned for its skin-enhancing benefits.

According to ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics and Chinese manuscripts, priests and physicians used oils thousand of years before the time of Christ to heal the sick.

I use only 100% pure, natural, uncut, therapeutic-grade oils made by Young Living. I have also developed a number of custom blends of my own that rapidly reduce stress and relieve pain.

You can learn more about the oils I use and recommend on my Young Living Essential Oils page.
